  1. SFDC Criteria – Date Fields to support Null values

What It Is:

An enhancement to Salesforce CRM integration that adds support for filtering by null or not null values in date fields when creating audience segments for campaigns.

Key Functions:

  • Adds ‘Is Null’ and ‘Is Not Null’ options to date field filtering criteria
  • Works with Salesforce Account, Contact, Lead, and Opportunity records
  • Compatible with MetaMatch and LinkedIn audience targeting

Why It’s Important:

Provides more precise audience targeting by enabling marketers to identify and include/exclude records with missing date information, solving a customer-reported limitation and allowing for more comprehensive audience segmentation based on complete or incomplete date field values.

  • Calendar view for custom date range selection

  • Flexible options for syncing data from the last 7, 30, 60, 90, or 180 days
  • Ability to adjust the synchronization timeframe at any point
